Error loading syntax file packages/user/rspec.tmlanguage
It's working great! It worked for me! I found it by "application support", so it's a same idea:. Thank you StealthyGecko What platform are you on? I will give your expanded switcher a try and see if that works : thanks. StealthyGecko Path is correct. Not sure why the script wouldn't work.
Take out the "Managed". If you are going to use the script I extended, we should move the conversation there. StealthyGecko I'm very pleased you got it working! It works great! I don't even need to restart sublime text! Dropped in to say thanks! Works beautifully for me! Where does it go? Its simple. Skip to content.
Star New issue. Jump to bottom. Copy link. Hi Nicolas, Followed the install instructions and get the error: LoadError: cannot load such file -- rspec when I open a console and try to run the rspec command. Any ideas how I can fix this?
Hi Simon, What happens when you execute require 'rspec' in the console? Hey Nicolas, Thanks for the reply. I was afraid you were going to say that! Closing all open files and restarting ST3 fixed the issue for me too! Just to add a note for those that may still have the issue even after restarting ST3. You may have to re-enable Markdown for the offending tabs to appear so that you may close them. I had this box appear on Windows.
Only way I could get that message to not appear, and this plugin to work, was to re-enable the default Markdown plugin. Now it seems to be ok. Yep, I'm having the same experience as galambalazs above. I'm on a new macbook, el capitan, fresh install of st3 and markdownediting, and I kept getting this same error every time I restarted st3. I was able to stop the error by removing "Markdown" from the "ignored packages" of "settings -- user", and I no longer get the error If you're still having problems, have you tried installing Monokai Extended, and then enabling the new theme?
See my commend a This solved for me. Skip to content. Star 3k. New issue. Jump to bottom. Copy link. The reason may be this: Before installing the plugin, you had a markdown tab open which used the mentioned syntax file. You installed the plugin and the plugin disabled the native markdown package this is intentional You hot exit ST You restarted ST and for the already existing markdown file, "hot exit" feature tried to use the disabled syntax file That syntax file isn't available to use any more and you got that error.
My list was stages of a single scenario, not different scenarios : Might want to mention that users should close all markdown files in the installation instructions. You are the best person to do that edit. PR welcome. Clams February 25, , pm 4. I think there may be two reasons why you would receive a popup about this: You have open files that previously were being highlighted with the XSL syntax.
Switch to the file and change it to use the XML syntax instead. Some sort of package is trying to use the XSL syntax for a view or output panel. If you have Package Control installed, you can try using it to disable packages to see if it helps. Clams April 13, , pm 9. I raised an issue there too.
