I am abit confused. If the system is using the rest of the ram than is it true that I really don't have the extra to use for other programs? Will I see a big improvement in proformance if I upgrade? I have an amd phenom2 x4 cpu. If XP is a 32 bit system does that mean that I am not using the full potential of the cpu and if I upgrade will I? Also will I have to reinstall all my programs if I use the upgrade win 7? I have heard that it wants to do a clean install.
I assume that means it will reformat the drive.
