Dell wireless 1350 wlan minipci card driver windows 7

Dell wireless wlan wlan mini-pci card. Recently i had change from XP home to XP pro on my dell insprion and this required formatting my harddrive. I have reinstall the driver for this wireless card which is R Now the performance of the wireless card has decrease. For instance, networks i use to connect to before i had formatted my harddrive are now gone, and the strength of networks available now are low.

The driver presently installed is version 3. Also, i realize that the wireless icon in the system tray always begins with an X, but when i first had this laptop in perfect condition it use to connect to the networks automatically everytime i turn on or restart my laptop! I find that I get better results when the Wireless Zero Configuration service is running and Windows is allowed to control the device. I'm don't actually have that device.
